Dear,
There comes a point in leadership where effort no longer creates leverage.
Decisions are made, actions are taken, responsibilities are carried — yet something feels heavier than it should. Not because of complexity, but because of from where it is all happening.
Clarity is not the result of thinking harder.
Coherence is not achieved by control.
Resonance cannot be manufactured.
They emerge when the inner source from which we lead is stable.
If the question “From where am I leading?” feels abstract, notice this instead:
Are your decisions shaped more by pressure or by clarity?
By habit or by choice?
By reaction to the past — or openness to what wants to emerge now?
This note is not here to tell you what to do.
Only to invite a quieter question worth returning to:
From where am I leading right now?
